| Treatment Resistant Depression with Spravato®
We are a certified treatment center for Spravato®, an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray used for adults with treatment-resistant depression. This innovative therapy offers new hope for individuals who have not responded to traditional antidepressants. Spravato® reduces depressive symptoms when two or more oral antidepressants haven’t worked. Spravato® can be taken with or without an oral antidepressant.
Our physicians and nurses proactively coordinate care and will ensure an open line of communication with your referring doctor to monitor your progress. In addition, our care team will guide you through your journey, clearly explaining what to expect during Spravato® treatment sessions. They will also work with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and your costs prior to your treatment with Spravato®.
On treatment days, you will administer Spavato® nasal spray yourself under the supervision of a healthcare provider, followed by a 2-hour monitoring period. Our team will also watch for any changes in respiratory status (including pulse oximetry) and blood pressure.
Please keep in mind that you should not drive or operate machinery until the next day after a night of restful sleep. For the first month, you’ll take Spravato® twice per week, then once per week for the second month. After that, you and your provider will have the flexibility to decide your treatment frequency. You will not be able to self-administer SPRAVATO® at home.

| ADHD Testing
In addition, we offer QbTest, a computerized assessment tool designed to objectively measure symptoms associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in both children and adults.
QbTest is ordered and administered in our office when a provider suspects ADHD in a new or established patient based on a clinical evaluation and requires additional objective data to support diagnostic decision-making. It may also be used to help rule out ADHD when symptoms of inattention are believed to stem from another condition. QbTest is FDA-cleared for both assisting in the diagnosis of ADHD and for monitoring treatment effectiveness, allowing providers to optimize and tailor care.
QbTest evaluates activity level, attention, and impulsivity. It is a computerized test that combines cognitive performance tasks with motion-tracking technology to measure movement patterns. Results are analyzed by a clinician and provided in a report that compares the patient’s performance to age- and gender-matched individuals without ADHD.
